I got this as a present for my wife she was always saying how she loved this statue.I always thought the face looked a bit off in the pictures but the pictures don't do it justice,..way better.

Great Japanese Joker!
The Joker statue by Kotobukiya is a great buy for Batman/Joker fans. I have a lot of porcelain DC statues, but this statue looks great displayed right next to them. It's based on the art of Jim Lee and has amazing detail to both his suit and his face. The paint job is wonderful. His one accessory, the Bang gun and flag fits perfectly in his hand. His face has a slightly bluish hew to it, with a touch of anime influence to his features, particularly in his eyes, long nose, and lighter green hair with tendrils hanging attractively in his face. What can I say, I'm a Joker fangirl who likes her Joker's cute, but dastardly looking. This one fits the bill nicely.
What I like best about these Japanese PVC statues is the anime touches that make them stand out from the (equally great) DC Direct figures. It's a bit more durable than a porcelain statue, but it's still fragile. I highly recommend this terrific piece.
