This is a solid and highly detailed cast of Tom Hardy as Bane from The Dark Knight Rises. 100% awesome! Tall, sturdy, heavy, and totally worth the spend. Great statue for any TDKR fan.

There are a couple of flaws, but all of them minor, with the only really "disappointment" being the paint job on his mask. It's very one dimensional, with only the slightest hint of detailing -- so slight, that the mask appears to be one-toned. It's easily correctable, if you're inclined to do so. I did and now it's how I thought it should look. The second was that, while not being accurate to the movie costume, I thought the blue pants as shown in Amazon's picture of the statue looked kind of interesting and cool -- however, the legs on the statue itself maintain the same military pants as seen in the film (and are therefore more accurate actually). Those are my only flaws, any others would reduce me to nuttiness. 5 stars for fun, because it's pose is from one of my favorite scenes in the film; 5 stars for its education value, because it's even more accurate to the film than the blue pants would have you believe; and 4 for durability, because despite being extremely sturdy, if...
