While Hot Toys is easily the best at making movie masterpiece style sculpts(with this one a perfect example), this particular figure falls flat where it counts...whether buying a figure for a collection, kitbashing, or play, it has always been my practice to rate the three FUNdamentals...1) looks-if a figure looks lame...who wants to buy it? 2) accessories-if the figure hasn't got something cool with it....lightsabers, uzis or cell phone, lets face it...it's lame...which brings me to the final point 3) poseability-if it doesn't move....it's junk. Even the MARX best of the west series (for those old enough to remember them), figured out how important this was (the old star wars figures made up for their lame poseability with sheer coolness...Lightsabers, blasters....how can you NOT be cool?).
To Hot Toy's credit, they ace the first two categories perfectly! their sculpt of the beautiful Jessica Biel recieves the highest marks, in spite of the sculpted hair, and the accessories...
