Recently picked up this Bowen Designs statue and I have to say overall I am impressed. I love the sculpt and Captain America's pose is terrific. The base is rather elaborate, with falling brick walls and the like. Unfortunately the wall pegs do not assemble as snugly as I would like when assembling the base, that is disappointing.
The reason this statue does not rate five stars for me is the paint job. I am Bowen Designs fan and collector, and this particular statue has the worst paint job I have ever seen on a Bowen statue. My shield is particularly bad. Do understand that each statue is individually hand painted so if you pick one of these up it is quite possible your paint job will be much better than the statue I have. Still, a very solid statue terrific for Captain America and Avengers fans.
