This review is of the Diamond reissue of this figure. Diamond is a company that works with X Plus to have certain figures originally made in Japan available for collectors residing in the states. There may be slight variations in the paint, but the sculpt is identical to the original Japanese version.
X Plus figures are suit accurate and X Plus is really anal about accuracy. This figure is the most accurate GMK Godzilla I own. The detail is amazing. It has a great pose. It is mostly neutral with just the right amount of action thrown in. I believe X Plus uses a pose from the movie for their sculpts. The figure stands roughly 12 inches tall and is not articulated. This is purely a display piece.
