I was amazed to see the detail Hot Toys put into this piece! Oh gosh, it's so beautiful! The packaging itself got me excited, it's literally in a box shaped like the Superman logo! How cool is that? It's like the box itself was part of the piece! This is a must buy for a fan of Christopher Reeves' Superman. The classic!

If you're even considering purchasing this figure, that should be enough to pull the trigger. Hot Toys has once again made a high quality fitting tribute to the definitive Superman. The detail is amazing, the microscopic stitching is to scale and not distracting, accessories and stand are impressive, and even the box can be displayed with pride. I owned a small army of the Kenner figures as a kid, always losing his cape and whatnot. This is the last Superman figure I'll purchase, it's perfect.
If I had to find something to nag about... maybe the stand. Don't get me wrong, it's a great looking stand. For the price of these figures though, it would've been awesome to have LEDs illuminate from the crystal's base or something.
