This well crafted collectible toy is incredibly detailed and articulated. I appreciate the materials (mostly) that went into it though it remains to be seen how well the plastic ages. I have a very minor quality control quibble where the barrel tip of one of the gatling gun barrels is missing from what appears to be a brand new in sealed box.
The toy is very heavy -- there is a lot of metal here. The leg joints are actually quite capable of supporting the weight of the body in most poses that I could come up with and I am very pleased with that. I have observed some of the heavier tachikoma implementations with legs that simply were incapable of supporting the body. This is probably the heaviest that I own but it does a surpsingly good job with that.

Great Tachikoma model
This is the best looking and heaviest Tachikoma figure on the market. It's fantastic and it looks and feels great. It's like shiny and metallic like a car. I'm pretty sure it's made of combination of fiberglass and metal on the inside. It's perfect. Also expensive but I don't care.
