Terrific Statue Could Have Been Even Better
I have seven Iron Man statues, and this one is my favorite pose. The detail on this statue is exceptional, and that includes a terrific "blast off" base that is a lot more visually attractive than your standard boring grey base. What keeps it from being a 5 Star statue is the surprisingly poor paint job, at least on my statue. I expect the best from Bowen, and my statue has a few bleeds and couple of thin spots. Disappointing. This statue has a production number of 3600, and since mine is in the three thousands perhaps the painter(s) was tired. You should be able to pick up this piece for around $100. Maybe your statue will have a better paint job and achieve that 5 star status for you.
